KnowledgeForce Consulting was launched in 2012 as a change agent – moving organizations away from traditional content-focused training.
Our learning and development approach expands people’s knowledge, skills, and real-world experiences to create sustained behavior change. By intentionally designing learning as a journey, we help clients create experiences meaningful to learners and select the best format for maximum impact. Founder
Ginine Capozzi
Ginine is a strategic, dynamic, and pragmatic Learning and Development professional who founded KnowledgeForce Consulting to support lasting partnerships that add value to learners and organizations.
She is known as a trusted thought partner who draws on her deep business insights to create learning experiences based on best practices in adult learning theory and cognitive/behavioral research.
Ginine’s education and professional experience inspire her ability to approach even the most complex challenges with curiosity and a growth mindset.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Education focusing on Adult Learning from SUNY College at Buffalo, and is a graduate of the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Core Program.
Ginine has served on the Buffalo Chapter of the Association of Talent Development board and is a founding organizer of DisruptHR Buffalo. She is also a Co-Active Professional Coach who brings curiosity and commitment to achieving future-focused action to every interaction.
