Scaling while simultaneously hiring staff and upgrading technology

The client’s existing 1 on 1 mentor-led training wasn’t sustainable for their plan to significantly scale their workforce and upgrade their technology. KnowledgeForce Consulting worked with them to co-create a 36-month strategic learning plan that aligned learning, vision, and values while supporting the hyper-growth business environment. 

The company was able to build internal L&D capabilities by using the learning strategic planning process and working with staff for content development. This reduced costs while providing existing employees with professional growth opportunities and refresher training. It also reduced their reliance on external training partners, making content development and training easier and more sustainable.

In anticipation of a significant technology integration, our client needed to modernize their practices and shift their mindset to meet the challenge of training thousands of employees in multiple counties. 

Our solution was to align KnowledgeForce Consulting’s L&D instructional design process to the client’s agile project management approach. We developed a strategy to incorporate multiple content assets and related step-by-step process guides, standardized documentation, and learning aids. We also worked closely with the client’s organizational change team to weave essential mindset messaging into the L&D solutions and to make learning resources easily accessible. 

Streamlining Training with E-Learning

Medical Technology Company

Our client wanted to improve their L&D process in a way that would make their sales employees more efficient when engaging with customers. The solution would require foundational knowledge training for their disparate international salesforce while being appropriate for varying levels of experience and flexible rough to accommodate cultural differences.

KnowledgeForce Consulting senior instructional designers and e-learning developers worked with the client to design and develop an engaging e-learning program to educate their sales team. The success of this initial use of this program prompted the client to extend its use to multiple employee groups who need to understand this foundational knowledge to be effective on the job.
